Baumeisterarbeiten
Construction of a shell for the new building of the preclinical medicine department at the University of Regensburg, including the necessary earthworks, such as excavation and backfilling.
The building is divided into 6 parts with a connecting hall. The BRI is approx. 124,500 m3, the GFA approx. 27,650 m2.
The foundation is to be designed partly as a shallow foundation, partly as a deep foundation made of large bored piles and unreinforced, pile-like load-bearing elements.
Reinforced concrete walls, columns, floor slabs, stairs and masonry walls are to be manufactured. Some of the concrete surfaces are to be finished in exposed concrete quality. The services also include sealing work for components in contact with the ground against non-pressurized water.
