Renewal land use plan city of Stassfurt.

The city of Stassfurt is planning the realignment of the land use plan (FNP) with all its districts. The land use plan for the city of Stassfurt became effective in October 1994. 13 change procedures have now been carried out. The basic urban development concept, which was based on the previously effective FNP, came from the early 1990s. Since then, not only have demographic, social and structural developments changed, but also made the conditions of reusing unplanned areas more difficult, so that the representations no longer correspond to the city's planning goals. In view of the numerous incorporations, a conceptual overall view of the entire city area is also required.

The subject of this call for tenders is the realignment of a holistic land-use plan, which is to be developed in close coordination with the integrated urban development concept that is being prepared in parallel. All urban planning issues must be included in the realignment of the FNP. This is particularly true for climate protection, environmental and nature protection issues, which have to be comprehensively determined, weighted and weighted among themselves as consideration material. With the reallocation, an environmental assessment must be carried out, in which the interests according to §1 (6) no. 7 bauGB and § 1a bauGB are mainly the subject matter. The FNP is based on a time horizon of 10 to 15 years.

The subject of the advertised order is service phases 1-3 as well as special services in building management planning:

— Land use plan according to § 18 in connection with Annexes 2 and 9 of HOAI 2021
