The Contracting Authority (Dublin City Council (DCC)) proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Local Area Minor Construction Works for Dublin City Council.

The following are the main elements of the Multi-party Framework Agreement for Local Area Minor Construction Works for Dublin City Council 2023-2027:

Works that involve minor civil engineering, landscape/public realm works, and minor building works with contracts generally below €150k. to include;

1. Landscape/Public Realm/Minor Civil Engineering Works

2. Minor Building Works :

Contractors shall have the facilities to accept tender documents electronically when requested by the Framework Purchaser.

The initial Contract will be the redevelopment of an existing Open Space located at Tulip Court/Primrose Grove, Darndale, Dublin 17.
