The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672) including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, nature protection, tourist development, trees, harvesting and skidding wood to be performed in the Przymuszewo Forest District, in 2023. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214 paragraph 1 point 7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management, including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, nature protection, tourist development, trees, harvesting and harvesting of wood, to be performed in the Przymuszewo Forest District, in 2023. The scope of work is attached as Annex 2 to the SWZ.

The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of the services covered by the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 50 % of the value of this contract.
