Forth and Rural Stirling Housing Associations have a combined stock of circa 850 homes requiring gas safety and gas reactive maintenance services, including an out of hours emergency service. The 2 associations wish to appoint a single contractor to provide these services for a period of 3 years with an optional 4th year. Tenders will be assessed on a 60 % Price, 40 % Quality basis. Each association will issue contract award letters for its own housing stock based on the priced rates and terms and conditions from the successful tender. The contract will commence 1.7.2015.
