The contract award procedure is conducted under an open tender pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 29.1.2004 - Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1986, as amended) and executive acts issued on its basis using electronic means of communication via the Marketplanet OnePlace purchasing platform.
