Single Framework Agreement for Supplies.
The city of Brignoles wishes to acquire school and extracurricular supplies for nursery and elementary classes in the municipality. This 2-lot contract includes the purchase of supplies and associated services, namely, delivery and unloading.
Lot no. 1: "School bag of the primary class student" Maximum annual order amount 50,000 euro (excl. tax).
Lot 2: "Equipment specific to manual activities" Maximum annual order amount 40,000 euro (excl. tax).
The maximum amount of the framework agreement for the 2 lots over 4 years is set at 360,000 euro (excluding tax). This framework agreement is signed for 1 year, renewable 3 times by express way for the same period. Its maximum duration is therefore set at 48 months.
