Open tender for the assignment of insurance coverage services for the risks inherent in civil liability towards third parties and the costs for legal protection for facts related to the performance of the institutional activities of the members of the Penitentiary Police Corps, and of the legally and economically equivalent personnel, divided into 2 functional lots with separate award:

- Lot n. 1 – Insurance service for civil liability towards third parties – CIG 93905964F7;

- Lot n. 2 – Insurance service for legal protection – CIG 93906154A5.

The Administration reserves the right to exercise, within 9 months of signing the contract, the right of option for a further year of insurance services for civil liability and legal protection.
