The RSA is seeking tender from interested parties with the intention of awarding a contract under each of the following lots:
Lot 1: ICT Managed Security Services;
Lot 2: ICT Infrastructure Support Services;
(each a ‘Lot’ and together ‘the Lots’).
Tenderers are now invited to submit tenders for one or both of the Lots.
Any contract that may result from this competition will be for a period of 3 years, with option to extend by a period of up to 2 years, with a maximum of three such extensions to a maximum duration of 9 years.

The scope of the Contract under Lot 1 (ICT Managed Security Services) is as follows:
(i) ongoing Firewall Management Services;
(ii) ongoing threat monitoring, protection and remediation services for all RSA hosted services, infrastructure and end point devices; and
(iii) such additional services as may be required under the lot including, but not limited to:
(a) provision of various consultancy services, training services and e-learning services in relation to information security and information assurance;
(b) supply of licensing for ICT security-related tools/services (e.g. Firewall, end-point protection software, etc.).
The scope of the Contract under Lot 2 (ICT Infrastructure Support Services) comprises the ongoing provision of the following out of hours infrastructure support services:
(i) reactive management of priority 1 incidents;
(ii) provision of health checks and remedial actions following scheduled Operating System updates;
(iii) provision of a managed backup and restore service including Cloud Storage; and
(iv) such additional services as may be required under the lot including, but not limited to, the support and monitoring of RSA ICT infrastructure components.
