The subject matter of the contract is to provide technical support to 8 Independent Fiscal Institutions (IFIs), to enhance their analytical capacity and strategic orientation, to effectively perform their mandated tasks as foreseen by EU law. The contractor is requested to provide support for:

(i) developing new tailored macroeconomic and fiscal models and upgrading existing ones;

(ii) enhancing the long-term sustainability modelling capabilities of IFIs, including climate risk assessment;

(iii) identifying ways to enhance IFIs strategic, institutional and operational effectiveness in view of the reformed EU economic governance framework;

(iv) increasing IFIs’ outreach and visibility towards the general public and stakeholders.
