: The consultation undertaken aims to conclude a framework agreement, as regulated by articles R2162-1 and in accordance with the French Procurement Code

(CCP). The Framework Agreement will be implemented in part through the issuance of purchase orders and in part through the conclusion of follow-on contracts. Vouchers

Call-ups will be issued and call-ups will be entered into as the requirement(s) arise, not according to a pre-established schedule.

The framework agreement will be concluded without a minimum (in quantity or value) but with a maximum set at €250,000 excluding VAT (for all purchase orders and subsequent contracts)

the following missions will result in the conclusion of follow-on contracts, operation by operation: -- operational missions (heading A of the Bpu/Dqe). The following missions will give rise to the issuance of purchase orders: -Maximum daily cost for special missions: (section B of the Bpu/Dqe)
