The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a framework agreement on the provision of guidance and parking services ('the 'Contract').
the services concern in particular:
- The recruitment, training and coordination of all the orientation and parking placement agents to be deployed by the service provider;
- The orientation of the flow of vehicles (of different types) of accredited persons and placement in the car parks and areas identified by Paris 2024;
- Planning (in accordance with the needs of Paris 2024), coordination and management of these orientation and placement services within the more general framework of managing the flow of transport operations for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games: project management, definition of the resource mobilisation strategy and the external recruitment strategy if necessary for guidance and placement agents, the associated reporting.
