The construction site borders on Lindenaustrasse in the south. Fritz-Löffler-Str. Is located in the east. with tram tracks and in the west a neighboring property with lower buildings. The new building is planned with 2 basement levels, the construction pit is approx. 9 m deep. The cubic structure, which is staggered in height, encloses a rectangular courtyard with its five lower floors and forms a six and a 13-storey tower on its north and south sides. A building with approx. 27 200 m is created 2nd GFA, of which approx. 8,000 m 2nd underground GFA in 2 basements with predominant use as underground parking.
