EDF SA wishes to acquire a SaaS vehicle fleet management software solution for its fleet to replace the current one.

This EDF SA vehicle fleet management software solution will take the form of an outsourced service with associated implementation, maintenance and support services.

This solution will have to interface with a shared fleet SaaS software solution (a second consultation on this service will be launched in July).

EDF SA says the company wishes to acquire a vehicle fleet management solution capable of integrating between 5,000 and 10,000 vehicles. These vehicles are currently managed by a centralized team of around 45 people who are divided into three main activities:

- the prescription and contract management of contracts;

- the operational management of vehicles, the relationship with the internal entities of the company (including the electrification of the fleet);

- financial management, IS and budget monitoring.

The management of this fleet and the shared fleet is currently done in a single IS based on the Fleetwave solution from the supplier Chevin. The contract with the supplier of this IS will soon expire.

Goals:

The “fleet management” process goes from the choice of vehicles to order to their return or sale and covers all activities when they are on the road (insurance, delivery, maintenance, repair, technical control, etc.). ), with an objective of optimizing the fleet adapted to the different uses (vehicles assigned pro, pro-personal or shared fleet).
