The purpose of this contract is:

- the provision of maintenance and cleaning services for the common parts of buildings and garages as well as the treatment of household waste and selective sorting for the heritage of the Foyer Remois managed by the Tour agency in Vitry-le-François;

- carrying out maintenance and cleaning services for the common parts of the buildings for the entire Vitry Habitat portfolio.
