The tender focuses on the provision of logistics services. This service consists of: 1) The periodic determination of the brand, type and configurations of the required hardware (core range) in consultation with the SSC; 2) Purchasing this ICT hardware for the benefit of the SSC, keeping it in stock and then delivering it to the SSC against agreed conditions and guaranteed delivery time; 3) Setting up or keeping available a webshop for the benefit of authorized employees of the SSC, where, for them, the most common ICT Hardware incl. price is transparent or retrievable; 4) The handling of warranty with regard to the delivered ICT Hardware; 5) Providing additional services where appropriate and at the request of the SSC.
