The subject matter of the tendering procedure is a lot-specific framework agreement (7 lots) in the area of temporary employment (ANÜ) for the provision of personnel services for the borrower.
The subject matter of this lot includes in particular the following areas:
- goods receipt and distribution,
- Material distribution, ordering and distribution of office supplies,
- postal distribution in 2 building complexes,
- Waste disposal (garbage, toner, Styrofoam, cardboard boxes, shredder paper containers).
- Building management, for example:
- minor crafting / repairs (eg lamp replacement),
- Accompanying external craftsmen for repairs in the building complexes,
- reviewing and supervising cleaning and renovation work,
- coordination with the respectively responsible contact persons,
- Monitoring of due maintenance periods.
- Assistance with in-house removals (furniture and material transport),
- support in the design of accommodation and room occupancy,
- preparation of meeting rooms (eg seating, catering, etc.),
- contact the property management,
- completion of purchases, errands,
- Business trips.
The need for support includes in particular the following areas:
- carrying out organizational investigations and organizational development,
- Creation and optimization of organizational concepts incl. Profitability analyzes and recommendations for action,
- business process management,
- Administration of internal mobile telephony as well as nationwide (Baden-Württemberg) contact person for the mobile phone master agreement (terminal and contract management),
- Conceptual and database-based administrative management of access control,
- event management,
- Special tasks for the team leadership in the context of projects and in the creation of concepts for in-house regulations.

- participation in cost accounting,
- participation in the calculation of IT services and projects,
- participation in the preparation of economic feasibility studies,
- cooperation in product and project controlling,

- Collaborate on the reporting system and create ad-hoc reports.
The need for support includes in particular the following areas:
- Creation and publication of internal / external job advertisements in cooperation with the specialist departments,
- correspondence and telephone contact (information) with applicants and with the specialist departments,

- scheduling, preparation and execution or coordination of job interviews,
- Creation of staff advice templates for hiring new employees,
- monitor the participation of Equal Opportunities Officers and the representative for the disabled,
- Support of HR specialists.
The subject matter of this lot includes in particular the following areas:
- independent preparation and implementation of procurement procedures,
- Independent preparation of procurement and contract documents with the involvement of specialist departments,
- assistance in examining legal issues in the awarding area,
- Advice and support of the technical departments in the description of services and contract design for private contracts,
- Participation in other procurements.
The need for support includes in particular the following areas:
- administration of (license and maintenance) contracts,
- Support in the preparation of compliance reports and key figures (eg license stocks),
- consulting services on various licensing models of different manufacturers,
- maintenance of the central license management system with registration of licenses and contracts,
- maintenance and management of the license pool,
- support for procurement and tenders,
- maintenance and construction of a software shopping basket,
- Support for software audits.
The need for support includes in particular the following areas:
- support to the head of department and units,
- Organizational tasks, eg. B. meeting and appointment organization, mission and event organization, telephone exchange, distribution of information, cooperation with the domestic services and the other offices,
- Administrative tasks, eg B. correspondence, document filing management, monitoring of operations, log management, inbox and outbox, key and transponder management, monitoring appointments and monitoring task completion with timely demand for services,
- registration of sick days and support of administrative processes in the electr. Time tracking.
