1. The subject of the contract is to develop a draft forest management plan together with a nature protection program and a forecast of the plan's impact on the environment and Natura 2000 areas for the Spała Forest District for the years 2022–2031.
2. Development area: forest area - 15,253.30 ha; non-forest area - 159.64 ha; total area - 15 511.09 ha; area of territorial coverage - 453.86 km
3. The Purchaser reserves the right to change up to 1% of the development area, which change may be the result of verification of land records, real estate transactions (exchange, purchase / sale), transfer or termination of the management board during the course of equipment works, which, however, will not affect the height remuneration.
4. The place of performance of the contract will be the administrative area of the Spała Forest District.
