Description:

HSENI wishes to appoint competent Contractors to provide graphic design, artwork and print management. The selected Contractor will be required to provide a print management function. This Contract will be awarded to the two highest ranked Tenderers with the First ranked Tenderer being awarded all of the work outlined within Annex A in line with the prices quoted within the Pricing Schedule.
