New Town Hall and Market Square Altusried/Main construction works:

In the center of Altusried, a new town hall with an underground car park is to be built for future administrative tasks.

The underground car park will be built using WU in-situ concrete construction, while the ground floor is built by semi-finished parts and the upper and attic floors are built in wooden frame construction.

Construction site setup and excavation:

-Construction site equipment in the town center including all necessary road law regulations, material and office containers, crane r=60 m, construction fence approx. 300.00 m, construction site security and lighting.

excavation pit construction approx. 12,300.00 m3 of excavation including removal, disposal and formation of heaps for later sampling. Existing foundations and basement structures must be expanded and removed in the excavation pit.

-Construction of a water-permeable construction pit network at border development approx. 175.00 m2 including reanchoring, gradual compaction and complete dismantling after completion of underground parking work.

-underpinning existing buildings over a length of approx. 20 running meters

-open water containment during excavation and the entire underground garage construction including settling containers and water purification approx. 2-5 l/s layer water.

Foundation and construction of underground parking:

-Deep foundation by means of small bored piles approx. 60 pcs.

-Excavation pit improvement and redensification approx. 1,850.00 m2

-Cleanliness view and WU floor plate 45 cm starboard approx. 1,850.00 m2

-Creation of access ramp including substructure approx. 160.00 m2

- Waterproofing of buildings approx. 1,600.00 m2

-load-bearing external walls 30 cm starboard in WU construction against ground approx. 310.00 m2

-load-bearing external walls 30 cm starboard in WU construction including perimeter insulation against ground approx. 145.00 m2

-Bituminous sealing of ground-wetted components approx. 810.00 m2

- load-bearing interior walls 25 cm starboard in fair-faced concrete quality approx. 385.00 m2
