The aim of the procurement is to cover Helse Bergen HF's need for test sets for the hormone laboratory. The following tests are included:

— PG 1: Test set for use in quantitative analysis of methanefrines (methanefrine and normetanefrine) in blood.

— PG 2: Test set for detecting auto-antibodies against the 21-hydroxylate enzyme for suspicions of destructive autoimmune reason cause for Addison's disease (suprarenal cortex failure).

— PG 3: Test set for detecting Anti-GAD auto-antibodies against β-cell antigenes which are found in the pancreatic islets in the pancreas in patients who have auto-immune diabetes mellitus.

— PG 4: Test set for measuring the number of glucagon hormones in blood.

— PG 5: Test set for measuring the level/resistance of chromogranin Ai in blood.

— PG 6: Test set for detecting Islet Antigene antibodies.

— PG 7:Test set for measuring the level/resistance of insulin antibodies in blood.

— PG 8: Test set for using in quantitative analyses of Zinc transporters in blood (serum).

Test set for use in quantitative analysis of methanefrines (methanefrine and normetanefrine) in blood (serum/plasma).

Test set for detecting auto-antibodies against the 21-hydroxylate enzyme (coded by the CYP 21 gene) for suspicions of destructive autoimmune reason for Addison's disease (suprarenal cortex failure).

Test set for detecting Anti-GAD auto-antibodies against β-cell antigenes (glutamic acid decarboxylase), which is found in the pancreatic islets in the pancreas in patients who have auto-immune diabetes mellitus.

Test set for detecting Islet Antigene (IA-2) antibodies.

Test set for measuring the level/resistance of insulin antibodies in blood.

Test set for using in quantitative analyses of Zinc transporters in blood (serum).
