The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide project management assistance for the project to switch from the Safir IS to the Sifac IS.
The details of the services to be provided appear in the Special technical clauses (CCTP).
In the context of a strong context of pooling, and simplification of the management of its research structures, Inserm has chosen to converge its current financial and accounting management system Safir (Inserm Automated Financial System) with the SIFAC EPST solution proposed by AMUE (Agence de Mutualisation des Universités et Etablissements).
The purpose of this contract is to support the establishment in this process in order to switch its Safir IS (Oracle e-business suite version 12.2.4) to the new version under development SIFAC-EPST S4/Hana of the amue. This new version must include an evolution of the shared strain to cover the needs of EPSTs and more specifically for Inserm, its interface with the SIRENE human resources information system, its Oracle Biapps version 7.9.6.4 decision-making system, its Alfresco EDM (electronic data manager) (version 7.1) as well as its third-party repositories and structures.
This project aims to put sifac epst into production on January 1, 2025.
The purpose of this consultation focuses on two main needs:
- Assist Inserm in the organization, scheduling, support, and developments to be carried out as part of the change of the financial system and its associated ecosystem;
- Provide a technical management service to carry out this project.
The services described in this contract are subject to an obligation of result.
