The city of Osterhofen intends to completely refurbish the “Markus-Stöger-Halle” (triple gymnasium).

The planning services of the service profile object planning buildings and interiors (service phases 2-9) are commissioned in stages and, as special services, participation in the application for and billing of funding and the monitoring of the removal of defects in service phase 9.

The city of Osterhofen intends to completely refurbish the “Markus-Stöger-Halle” (triple gymnasium).

The building was erected in 1986 in solid construction. The hall is a pure sports hall for schools and clubs with occasional sporting events.

According to a renovation concept that has already been drawn up in August 2019, the renovation costs (KG 100 to KG 600) amount to around EUR 2.8 million gross.

The renovation concept is not final, therefore the planning services including the preliminary planning are commissioned. The measure is funded with public funds and the school supervisory authority has received approval.

The renovation work is to begin in autumn 2022 / spring 2023. The district of Deggendorf is building a dual gymnasium nearby. This is expected to be completed in autumn 2022. The general renovation of the triple gym can only begin after the newly built double gym has gone into operation.
