The subject of the contract is: execution of construction works on the basis of the developed design documentation for the task "Reconstruction of the garrison shooting range and fire training ground (PCO) Optyń in the town of Pikulice-Grochowce" along with obtaining an occupancy permit. 2. A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT SHALL BE SPECIFIED BY: 1) Transparent design documentation containing sensitive information and classified documentation with the "RESTRICTED" clause. The list of documentation is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ; and 2) Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order / Agreement (SOPZ / U) - constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
