The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of solar photovoltaic installations and installations within the framework of the project “Installation of renewable energy systems for households from the territory of Klimontów Municipality”.

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of solar photovoltaic installations and solar installations under the project “Installation of renewable energy systems for households from the territory of Klimontów Municipality”.

2. Under the subject of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to:

1) the supply and assembly of 178 systems based on solar panels to households, according to the types set out in Annex 8a to SWZ — Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) — PV installations, including in particular:

(a) the supply and installation of a support structure for photovoltaic modules adapted to the type of roof and its plating or ground,

b) the supply and installation of photovoltaic modules on the support structure,

c) the supply and installation of the inverter,

(d) the supply and location of the necessary wiring of the installation; all wires should be carried out in appropriate shields/trays; weather-exposed wires must be UV-resistant,

e) the connection of the PV installation with the existing electrical system,

f) the delivery and execution of anti-shock and surge systems,

(g) the execution of as-built documentation for each installation, indicating the elements specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order,

(h) commissioning and commissioning of the photovoltaic plant,

(i) the performance of the necessary adjustments in the installation,

j) performance of measurements and tests after installation installation confirmed by protocol,

k) conduct inverter handling training for the User or the person appointed by him,

l) prepare the necessary documentation for the Energy Plant with which the User has concluded a comprehensive contract;

2) supply and installation of 77 solar installations for the purposes of the preparation of c.w.u. in single-family residential buildings, according to the types set out in Annex 8b to SWZ — Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) — solar installations, including in particular:

a) the introduction and installation of the heater c.w.u.,

b) connecting the heater c.w.u. to the existing cold water installation,

c) installation of the pressure reducer,

d) assembly of the diaphragmatic vessel (expansion) of the water together with the safety group (check valve),

e) connection to the existing c.w.u. installation with thermostatic anti-burn valve,

f) installation of titanium anode and electric heater in each c.w.u heater,

g) the installation connecting sets of collectors with the heater c.w.u. (lower coil of the heater c.w.u.) and its warming,

h) installation of solar pump unit with fittings,

(i) installation of the control system,

j) assembly of the diaphragmatic (expansion) solar vessel assembly,

k) the performance of rinsing and pressure tests of the installation,

l) filling the installation with solar agent,

m) the launch of the solar installation with the execution of tests and adjustments

3. The Contractor is also obliged to make a notification on behalf of each User at the relevant power plant.

4. For the installation and connection through an authorized installer who will guarantee the correct execution of the order, including installation and operation of the installation while fulfilling the safety of the installation and cooperation with the power network of the relevant distributor, corresponds to Contractor.

5. The Contracting Authority indicates that the scope of the contract does not carry out the design documentation. The Contractor shall provide installation kits satisfying the provisions of the Order Item Description.

6. The Contractor shall, in order, perform the marking of the installation with information plates, regarding the source of financing for the investment. The delivery of the plates belongs to the Ordering Party.
