Sykehusapotekene HF [the Hospital Pharmaceies Trust], hereafter called the contracting authority, invite tenderers to participate in an open tender competition for a Framework Agreement for the procurement of 2 different models of positive pressure and negative pressure isolators. The isolators will be used without gas disinfection. One Framework Agreement will be signed for positive pressure and one Framework Agreement will be signed for negative pressure.

The objective of the procurement is to cover the Contracting Authority’s need for positive pressure and negative pressure isolators through signing Framework Agreements for each of the models.

The Hospital Pharmacies have differing needs for flexibility in regard to both physical size and scope of production for different isolators. On this basis, the Hospital Pharmacies wants to announce a contest to safeguard this need. The procurement will be implemented as separate competitions for:

— positive pressure isolator,

— negative pressure isolator.

This notice contains the tender documentation for both types of sensor.

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a Framework Agreement with a tenderer for each type of isolator (negative pressure and positive pressure), however, the Contracting Authority is open to awarding the contracts for multiple types of isolators to the same tenderer.

The procurement covers isolators that will be used to produce sterile pharmaceuticals in hospital pharmacies. The isolators must be both negative pressure and positive pressure. In some instances consideration must be given to room size, room design, size of door openings and the type/scope of production.

The Hospital Pharmacies want to enter into one Framework Agreement per type of isolator. Each contractor will have a duration of 2 years with the option to extend for a further 1 year + 1 year.

The procurement include servicing and maintenance of the isolators during the guarantee period of 2 years and for 8 years after the expiry of the guarantee period.
