The subject of this contract is the assignment of the advisory and brokerage service in the insurance field to a subject (hereinafter referred to as "Broker") in accordance with Legislative Decree 209 of 7.9.2005 (Insurance Code) and subsequent regulations IVASS, for the period 1.3.2019 - 31.12.2021. The customer has the right to activate the option pursuant to art. 3 of the special tender specifications.

The assignment of the insurance brokerage service concerns assistance to the Province of Naples SpA Environmental System with sole shareholder in determining the contents of insurance contracts and in managing and executing them.

Contracted services due to their homogeneity do not allow the subdivision into main main and secondary services.
