The work mainly consists of:

- checking and maintaining the public lighting installation, including illuminated signage and illuminated street plans / traffic signs,

- the organization and operation of a fault-response service,

- performing preventive and corrective maintenance,

- supplying required documents and coordinating claims to NODR,

- small-scale replacement work, relocations, additions and removals,

- administrative management.

The municipality manages around 10,000 light points.
