The Klinikum Landkreis Tuttlingen gGmbH intends to resell the operation of medical technology systems and devices of the hospital at the Tuttlingen and Spaichingen sites with a total of 324 beds from 1.1.2022.
In order to provide interested parties with uniform information on the project, a brief information on the project, the key performance points of the advertised service and the processing of the Award procedure according to VgV available for download. The brief information is also accompanied by forms for the application to participate, which must be used by applicants in the context of the participation competition. After the completion of the participation competition, the applicants selected in the participation competition will be provided with a detailed job description.
The Klinikum Landkreis Tuttlingen gGmbH intends to resell the operation of medical technology systems and devices of the hospital at the Tuttlingen and Spaichingen sites with a total of 324 beds from 1.1.2022. The benefits are awarded for a period of 5 years (plus possibility to extend until the end of 2028). We are looking for a service provider who uses proven know-how to operate the entire medical technology in close cooperation with the carrier and users of hospital facilities in a responsible manner.
The medical technology of the two health centers is currently being monitored by the central operating technology at the Tuttlingen site and is already operated by an external service provider. The existing inventory of plants and equipment to be managed by the contractor in the future is recorded in inventory records. The subject of performance also includes non-energetically operated devices and small appliances (low-value assets). The contractor is essentially expected to take over the following services:
1. Management and maintenance of plants and equipment:
— management and maintenance of all plants and equipment listed in the inventory records,
— providing 2 competent contacts for all incoming medical technology inquiries during normal working hours,
— monitoring of inspection, inspection and maintenance periods
— timely initiation of inspections, checks and maintenance,
— identification of defects and faults (including accepting/processing of corresponding messages),
— rectification of defects, faults and damages,
— initiating repair measures.
2. Plant and equipment decommissioning.
3. Commissioning new equipment and instruction of operating personnel.
4. Service and training.
5. Advice and support for optimizing ongoing operations:
— advice and organizational support for the client,
— preparation of processed data for profitability calculations,
— support the client in implementing value-adding and productivity-enhancing measures,
— preparation of proposals for medical technology investments.
6. Administration and documentation:
— contract management of maintenance and inspection contracts,
— contract management of rental and rental equipment,
— processing of notification of defects, damage and insurance claims,
— master data maintenance, documentation and archiving,
— Quality audit and annual report.
7. Transfer of data upon termination of the contract.
Other scope of services include:
— supply and use of all management and maintenance related services, material and operating resources,
— On-site presence of an experienced project manager responsible for the smooth operation of medical technology and as the client's direct contact person.
