Stavanger Utvikling KF hereby invites tenderers to participate in a tender contest for a framework agreement for planning/zoning. We have a wide range of assignments, and will have needs for planning services within several areas of competence.

Stavanger utvikling KF would like to join up with the most complete consultant environment for the preparation of detailed zoning plans and other planning services. The preparation of zoning plans involves several areas of competence, and it is important that tenderers can offer broad competence and multi-disciplines.

The contest is for the delivery of planning services within the following areas of competence, but the list is not exhaustive.

Preparation of detailed zoning plans with or without impact assessments, including associated planning documentation.

Various reviews and documentation requirements within the mentioned disciplines, connected to zoning plans with and without impact assessments and in accordance with Stavanger Municipality's requirements for submitting planning material for details zoning plans.

Project management of a multi-disciplinary team that assists in the planning work.

Planning analyses as a basis for investment analyses and the sale of property.

Assistance with comments on area plans that affect our interests and properties.
