mo cas le blanc - rehabilitation of an unoccupied building on the grounds of the Collège Les Ménigouttes in CAS

The project management mission concerns a structure of the following type: Building - rehabilitation.

It will include the following missions:

- diagnostic (Diag),

- preliminary design studies (APS),

- Final design studies (APD),

- Project studies (Pro),

- assistance with the award of works contracts (Amt),

- Execution studies (Exe),

- Directorate of the execution of works (DET),

- Assistance with acceptance operations (Aor) and guarantee of perfect completion.

The project management team is composed of an Architect registered with the Order of Architects, representative of the team assisted by at least one economist, a Structure BET, a Fluid-Thermal ENGINEER assisted by a hydrogeologist with RGE 20.13 and 10.07 skills respectively, an SSI coordinator, an Electricity TEC and a Vrd-Landscaping BET.

The candidates must obligatorily carry out a visit of the places of execution of the market.

The deadline for the execution of the assignments is part of an overall estimated contract duration of 20 months, including holidays and public holidays. It will start running from the date of notification of the contract.

The estimated budget for the works is €2,400,000 including VAT.
