This framework agreement includes preventive maintenance operations and breakdown interventions, covered by a package (mission 1), as well as repair operations not covered by the package, additions, modifications, optimizations and upgrades (mission 2), which will be the subject of purchase orders, to be carried out on the various alarm installations, fire detection and smoke extraction system of the Municipality of Salon de Provence and the CCAS

This framework agreement is concluded, pursuant to Article L 2113-6 of the French Public Procurement Code, by a grouping of orders. It is therefore concluded for the benefit of each of the members of the grouping, namely the City of Salon de Provence, and the CCAS of the City of Salon de Provence. The holder will therefore have two interlocutors for the execution of this framework agreement. Concerning mission 2, the framework agreement with maximum is entered into pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The maximum annual thresholds are defined as follows: €100,000 excluding VAT for the city and €30,000 excluding VAT for the CCAS
