The contract is divided into two lots.
1. Lot 1: plan software;
2. Lot 2: rule management software.
For both lots, the contract includes:
a) supply of software (including all necessary licenses);
b) annual service:
1. all-in maintenance (hosting, corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, adaptive maintenance and functional maintenance, also on links);
2. technical application management (implementation of updates, releases, patches);
3. documentation (current functional and technical description, including functional description changes made during releases);
c) one-off service:
1. implementation: the implementation comprises the complete technical and functional delivery of the software, including the links. The implementation should be performed in a test architecture and production architecture.
Delivery date: 12.11.2021.
It concerns two different entities; Capelle aan den IJssel and Krimpen aan den IJssel.
Schedule softwareSoftware for drawing up and changing environmental plans. Including the publication of environmental act decisions (LVBB) via CORV.
Rule management softwareSoftware to draw up and change applicable rules. To be able to register these in the Register of Applicable Rules.
