If, during the contract period, the value of the Contractor's remuneration does not reach the maximum remuneration, the parties may agree to extend the contract period once for a maximum of 3 months, but not longer than until the remuneration for the services rendered by the Contractor reaches the remuneration maximum.

The extension of the period of validity in accordance with the previous sentence of the contract requires a written form, otherwise being null and void.
