the purpose of this contract is the addition of bars on the accommodation building and the façade of the PIPS building forming the enclosure of the accompanying structure towards the exit (Sas) of Caen, in Calvados (14). The work will consist of fixing bars in reinforced concrete. These bars are intended to significantly delay a possible crossing; They will be located mainly behind fixed cell frames. A prototype for two types of bar will be subjected to the tests described in this CCTP, before generalization. The general installation of all the bars will be done after the commissioning, in occupied prison site, in the presence of prisoners. The work will be carried out in a context of safety inducing deadlines and constrained implementation processes
