Longford and Westmeath Education and Training Board proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of single party agreement for Provision of On-Site Technical Support. Overview of Requirements The following are within the scope of this tender: 1. The Supply of On-Site Technical Support Technicians for LWETB. 2. The supply of Remote Support (out of hours on an ad hoc basis) 3. The supply of On-Site Technical Support Technicians (out of hours on an ad hoc basis) 4. Management and support of the On-Site Technical Support Technicians 5. Provision of all necessary insurance, equipment, transport, and any other elements required for the Technicians to successfully carry out their duties. 6.
