The Ministry of Local Government and Modernisation has ongoing development work for more digital planning processes. We would like to enter into a contract for this work for consultancy services in the form of project management for continuation of the work on a general framework for area planning for a 3D development plan and digital planning provisions. The work includes assistance with the preparation of requirement specifications, general data models, standards and technical product specifications. The development work shall form the basis for phasing in and using digital area plans in 3D/volume format and for more digital information flow in all the important links of the planning process.
