This contract provides for the assignment of definitive and executive design (architectural, structural, plant and safety), safety plan (design and execution), works management of the general construction renovation and refunctionalization of the entire complex called “Ex San Pellegrino”.

The contract provides for the performance of the following services:

— review and completion of the feasibility study,

— final design (integrated and coordinated design),

— executive design (integrated and coordinated design),

— coordination of safety at the design stage,

— work management,

— coordination of safety at execution stage.

— The service must also include:

— examination of the state of the places, integrated digital survey of the building and of the plants (topographic survey, laser scanner survey, orthographic survey),

— the relief (geometric and material) must be translated into a bim model to be delivered in ifc and native formats (level of detail at least lod 300),

— preparation of the plan of geognostic, structural and energy performance surveys of the building (surveys in execution phase, elaboration of final results with preparation specialist reports and transposition of the same results into the project; the execution of the surveys remains the responsibility of the client,

— drafting of the archaeological report, also for the purpose of a possible prior verification pursuant to art. 25 of Legislative Decree 50/2016; if deemed necessary by the competent superintendence, the custody will have the burden of preparing the preliminary investigation plan and monitoring them at execution time,

— care for all design, authorisation and control aspects related to the removal work of asbestos-containing roofing materials,

— obtaining authorisations on the final and executive project, including in the context of a conference of services, or in any case pre-ordered for the contract of works and their subsequent implementation (including all the communications to be made before the start of work and in progress),

— compositional design of standard furniture to be included in the various functions,

— presentation of the practice of re-stacking the property at the end of the works.
