It concerns the groups of dwellings divided into 2 distinct lots:

- lot n o 1: northern sector for 69 installations (lifts and automated transits),

- lot n o 2: south sector for 69 installations (lifts and automatic walkways).

These groups of dwellings are described in Appendix 2 (DPGF) of each act of engagement.

Candidates are deemed to have visited the execution sites and to have appreciated the configuration of the premises, the workload and the means to be implemented to achieve all the services requested.

The market is a market with a systematic share and a share with purchase orders spent for a period of 1 year from 1.1.2020. It is renewable 3 times by express renewal, by period of 12 months, for a maximum duration of 48 months.

Part maintenance lifts and garage automation, preventive and curative (PMR-PCNR)

The preventive and curative maintenance works (renter's share of the PRM and PCNR owner's share) will be remunerated on the basis of 2 global and annual lump sum prices.

They include preventive maintenance (periodic visits) and curative maintenance (troubleshooting) on the whole heritage.

Share replacement work

In accordance with Decree o 2018-1075 of 3.12.2018 of the code of the public order, the consultation will give place for this part to a market with purchase orders.

It is planned a division into 2 geographical lots.

The market will be implemented by market notification.

The services subject to this contract are likely to vary within the following limits for the contract part with purchase orders:
