Delivery of a table freeze dryer with equipment for the Bohdan Dobrzański Institute of Agrophysics of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Lublin - 1 set

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a table freeze dryer with equipment – 1 set

2. The scope of the order includes delivery to the Ordering Party: table freeze dryer with equipment – 1 set

3. The name of the order included in the title of the order is not the own name of the manufacturers/distributors of the products, but it is only an auxiliary designation used by the Ordering Party.

1 Table freeze dryer with equipment

1.1 minimum ice capacity: 2,5 L;

1.2 minimum capacity: 2 L of water / 24 h;

1.3 minimum collector temperature not higher than: -84 °C ( +/- 1 °C);

1.4 chamber made of Stainless Steel coated with Teflon

1.5 microprocessor control with display of process parameters on a display equipped with a screen dotykowym.in.: the value of the vacuum prevailing in the system in mBar, Pa and Torr units; the temperature of the cold trap in units °C and °F; the time the camera was running and the time since the camera was last serviced; pump operating time and time since the pump was last serviced;

1.6 audible and visual alarm in case of temperature rise, pump servicing or detection of moisture in the freeze dryer manifold;

1.7 possibility of connecting to a local Internet network

1.8 the ability to monitor current parameters and possible failures on the smartphone control of the main functions from the level of an external module.

1.9 drain valve and ventilation grille located on the side wall relative to the LCD panel to ensure the highest comfort of work;

1.10 moisture sensor as pump protection;

1.11 valve to keep the vacuum at a set level

1.12 the ability to connect a computer and transfer data from the freeze dryer via USB port;

1.13 single phase power supply, 230 V, 50 Hz.

1.14 sample preparation and transfer module connected by wire to the main unit, working range from 20 to min 300ul, possibility of connecting to a computer and programming a sequence of tasks, e.g. taking X ul, transferring X ul, mixing X ul, portioning the resulting mixture after X ul into specific freeze drying vials

1.15 Freeze dryer equipped with a shelf module equipped with rectangular shelves allowing freeze-drying on an area of min 0.4m2. Module allowing to regulate the temperature to a minimum of +60⁰C. Sensors monitoring samples must be included

1.16 Shelf module with transparent blackout doors for light-sensitive samples

1.17 Oil vacuum pump capacity not worse than 98 L/min; a maximum vacuum of not less than 0,002 mBar; single-phase power supply, 230 V, 50 Hz.

1.18 Additional pump aeration system with reverse recirculation, with a passage of 0.3- 0.35cm, Additional condition - NOTE: Criterion for the evaluation of offers

2 Other requirements:

2.1 Required installation and training of at least two people (min 1 hour) carried out by an authorized service provider with appropriate documents confirming the fact of undergoing service training at the manufacturer (the certificate of training must be provided before signing the contract)

2.2 Max delivery time: 84 days from the date of signing the contract, NOTE: Criterion for the evaluation of offers

2.3 Minimum warranty: 24 months, NOTE: Criterion for the evaluation of offers
