The subject of the Contract is to plan and carry out an information and promotion campaign for the Projects implemented by PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRP). The contract will be implemented as part of the project "Works on railway line No. 38 on the Giżycko-Korsze section together with electrification". Individual activities described in the OPZ will be performed each time at the request of the Contracting Authority.
The subject of the contract is to plan and carry out an information and promotion campaign with the use of the tools described in point 7 and subsections 7.1.-7. 6. OPZ for Projects listed in Appendix 3 to the OPZ. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to change the list of projects. The contract will be implemented as part of the project "Works on the railway line No. 38 on the Giżycko – Korsze section along with electrification". Individual activities will be carried out each time at the request of the Ordering Party. The Contractor is obliged to apply the rules set out in the above-mentioned sources and to track any changes that may occur during the term of the Agreement. In addition, the Contractor is obliged to make proper use of the logo of PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A., which is necessary for the positive building of the Company's image as a beneficiary of EU funds. The use of the logo of PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. is possible only for the purpose of implementing this Agreement. A detailed description of the subject matter of the Contract is presented in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ) constituting Volume III of this Terms of Reference.
The Contracting Authority does not provide for awarding contracts referred to in Article 388 point 2) letter c of the Act.
Deadline for the performance of the subject matter of the Agreement – from the date of signing the Agreement until the maximum amount resulting from the Agreement referred to in § 6 section 1 of the Agreement is exhausted or if the remaining amount of the Agreement does not allow for commissioning any action, but no longer than until 30.06.2026.
