Description:
System Management Services for the Energy Services Manager GSE S.p.A.

For the evolution and management of GSE ICT environments, systems and infrastructures, the following System Management services are required:

1. on-site system monitoring in the following areas:

a) central systems;

b) Network, Telephony and Perimeter Security;

c) Applications and databases;

(d) Cloud;

2. infrastructure monitoring and proactive and reactive management of the first level (24-hour remote monitoring and on-site supervision);

3. Management of operational releases of application software packages.

The main technologies and solutions related to the areas indicated in point II.1.4 above and currently in use at GSE are:

o Sistemi Centrali: Microsoft SO, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft SCCM, IBM Power System, IBM AIX, Red Hat Linux e Smart Management, VMware, DELL EMC Server, DELL EMC Storage, DELL EMC Data Protection, SAN, Commvault;

o Network, Telefonia e Sicurezza Perimetrale: CISCO layer 2 e 3, Cisco Webex e Callmanager, CISCO ACS, ISE e WI-FI, Citrix Bilanciatori e WAF, Forcepoint NGFW e VPN, Bluecat IPAM DDI (DHCP e DNS), Imagicle UCX Suite, McAfee Web Security Gateway (Proxy);

o Applicazioni e DataBase: Microsoft SQL e Sharepoint, Oracle SOA/OSB, Oracle BPM, Oracle OHS, Oracle OAM/IDM, Oracle Data Base, Red Hat Openshift, Red Hat 3Scale, Apache kafka, Opentext MBPM, SAP BO e SAP BPC, Qlik, Tibco Spotfire, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Microfocus Asset e Service Manager;

o Cloud: Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft 365, Oracle OCI, SalesForce, ServiceNow;

o First-level infrastructure monitoring and proactive and reactive management: Dynatrace, NagiosXI, Solarwinds, BMC Control-M;

o Management of in-service releases of application software packages: Java and Microsoft .NET frameworks, DevOps (Gitlab Repository, Sonatype – Nexus, SonarQube), PL SQL, SalesForce, ServiceNow.

The GSE central and network systems are located at the Rome offices (V.le Maresciallo Pilsudski, 92 and 124, Via Guidubaldo del Monte 45) and at the Disaster Recovery site in Milan (V.le Toscana 3, Rozzano).

The services must be carried out mainly on-site at the GSE offices, with the exception of the H24 monitoring service which must be carried out remotely.

The staff employed must have many years of experience gained in the execution of System Management services.

The successful tenderer must guarantee the provision of all these services without interruption compared to the current ones.
