Construction work of the utility house - neighborhood of Parc aux Lièvres in Évry

The overall duration of the project is 16 months from the date indicated in the start-up service order, including a 2-month site preparation period that applies to all lots.

The period of work allocated to each of the lots, fixed in the schedule of execution, will start from the issuance of the start-up order of work for each of the lots.

The service provider undertakes at least to respect the provisional schedule of execution annexed to the act of engagement.

The detailed implementation schedule will then be drawn up by the OPC in consultation with the holders of the different lots during the preparation period. This detailed schedule of execution will have contractual value, the holders of each batch will have to respect it.
