Collection, maritime transport and transfer of waste produced on the islands of Houat and Hoëdic

In particular, the holder must perform the following services:

- the supply and provision of all the technical and human resources necessary for the collection, maritime transport and transfer of waste produced on the islands of Houat and Hoëdic.

- the collection of household waste on the island of Houat and Hoëdic,

- the loading of glass columns, magazine magazine newspaper columns, lightweight packaging columns, containers for cartons, caissons of all comers, scrap metal caissons, big bags of rubble from the ports of Houat and Hoëdic, maritime transport and their unloading on the continent.

- the maritime transport of DDS pallet boxes and D3e wire crates from the ports of Houat and Hoëdic, and their unloading on the mainland and their transport to the outlet,

- the transport of household waste from the islands to the mainland, then its transport to the treatment site, the incineration plant of Plouharnel.

- the transport of other flows to the place of their treatment.

- Treatment of cardboard, scrap metal, DDS, D3e and rubble

- the rental of boxes for everything and scrap, pallet boxes for cartons, containers for cartons, mesh boxes for D3e, pallet boxes for DDS and the provision of big bags for rubble.

- the return of data to the Community of Municipalities.

The contract is concluded for a period of 12 months from 1 January 2024 or its notification, whichever is later. The contract may be renewed once, for a further period of 12 months, by express decision of the contracting authority.
