The Contracting Entity estimates that the value of the Framework Agreement amounts to DKK 2,500,000 excluding VAT during the term of the Framework Agreement (December 2022 price level), but the Contracting Entity cannot guarantee a specific turnover. The estimated value is not binding or binding on the Contracting Entity.

The maximum value of the Framework Agreement is DKK 3,500,000 excluding VAT for the duration of the Framework Agreement (December 2022 price level).

The difference between the two sets of numbers is an expression of the many uncertainties associated with the Customer's needs and consumption. In this connection, it is especially the following conditions that give rise to a large margin of uncertainty: The customer does not have extensive experience in equipping his locations with waste sorting units. The specific need may therefore turn out to be different from what was expected.

Based on the above, it is considered that the maximum value of the supply may differ significantly from the estimated value, which is why the maximum value is assessed to be significantly higher than the estimated value.
