The State Office for Immigration and Refugees Schleswig-Holstein (LaZuF) operates a state accommodation (hereinafter referred to as LUK) in 23795 Bad Segeberg, Segeberger Straße 106a. As a rule, the LUK should have 600 seats. For periods of increased access, the property can be occupied by up to 850 people. In very special situations with extremely high access (such as war in Ukraine), up to 1,200 people can be accommodated in the property. On average, the LUK accommodates 400-500 people. The LaZuF will be represented on site with staff as the responsible immigration authority and contractual partner.

We are looking for a reliable, industry-experienced operator who offers an appealing range of varied, inexpensive and tasty dishes and drinks that are tailored to the respective market situation and special concerns, in particular the different beliefs and countries of origin of the residents the property's employees. The use of allergy-causing additives in the food should be avoided. It is expected that there will be a flexible response to fluctuating occupancy figures. The contractor is expected to address residents' eating habits.
