The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning of the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 (t.j.Dz. U. of 2022, item 1385, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the sale of electricity to the office building at T. Kościuszki 131 Street in Wrocław, which is the seat of the Poviat Starosty.
