Various insurance policies for the city, OCMW and AGB De Kouter

With this government contract, the city of Poperinge wishes to conclude various insurance contracts for the city, the OCMW and the De Kouter AGB.

The contracting authority "Stad Poperinge" has been delegated by the OCMW and the De Kouter AGB in the form of a combined contract in accordance with articles 2, 36 O and 48 of the Law of 17.6.2016 on public procurement, to conduct the proceedings.

This assignment is reserved for recognized insurance companies.

The contract is subdivided into the following lots:

Lot 1: Material damage

Place of service: Poperinge

Explanation: This plot includes:

• Fire and related hazards (city, OCMW and AGB)

• All risks for art objects (city and OCMW)

• All risks for 7 info boxes (city)
