The service contract consists of the appointment of a service provider or a team of service providers with a global mission of project author for the study and control of the realization of the construction. a new hall of the fairs and its surroundings.

The global mission of services includes the following missions:

- architecture,

- stability studies and soil tests,

- special techniques,

- safety and health coordination, project and realization,

- energy performance of buildings,

- possible soil and sanitation studies (in addition to the works of the Spaque),

- landscaping,

- urban lighting,

- surveyor, survey of land,

- coordination of realization by separate state bodies, allotment,

- joint markets, road concessionaires,

- acoustic,

- furniture and equipment,

- indoor and outdoor signage,

- maintenance assistance for 5 years.

The project involves the design and construction of Liegeexpo's new Liege exhibition hall on the Bressoux Multimodal Zone site.

The project is included in the project portfolio entitled "City in transition" carried by the city of Liège, through the ERDF 2014-2020 Structural Funds programming.

The mission consists of: the study and the control of the realization of the new hall of the fairs and its surroundings within a determined perimeter, a plot of 10,13 ha, located at 4020 Bressoux, street of Pré Commun and Place Louis de Geer.

Important note: the sketch presented as part of the offer will address proposals for development and assignments for the entire site (balance of the site, hall and surrounding area deducted, including).
