Johnnie Johnson Housing is a not for profit housing association dedicated to offering quality homes for independent living across the North West, North East, Yorkshire and Derbyshire. Johnnie Johnson would like to procure and enter into two contracts for the service maintenance and repair of fire protection and access security equipment. The scope of the contracts also includes installation of replacement items where required. The services under both contracts required include the routine maintenance and responsive repair of equipment to the timescales set out in the specification.
This lot covers the service, maintenance and repair of fire alarms, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, blankets, dry risers and automatic opening vents (AOVs). This lot will include the installation of replacement items where required.
This lot covers the service, maintenance and repair of automatic door units, door entry and access control systems, gate and barriers, warden call systems and the repair of CCTV equipment. This lot will include installation of replacement items where required.
